RESURRECTING MY HAIR

While heading home today, I decided to stop by Winners  to check out their beauty section. Since I'm a student on a budget, Sephora is not always the most budget friendly place to shop unless I'm feeling splurge-worthy. Winners carry a variety of random beauty products at an amazingly cheap price, but you're going to have to take the time to look through the sometimes messy shelves. Today, I was specifically looking for a  hair masque or a leave in conditioner to revitalize my dull looking hair and I came across this beauty:

And I couldn't be happier!

Since I got highlights a couple of days ago, I went from a brunette to an ash blonde, my hair wasn't feeling it's best. My hairdresser recommended that I do a hair masque ASAP and so I was on the hunt for one since I used up my last jar of hair masque ages ago. A hair masque is like a conditioner but it's designed to be left in your hair longer for better results. The brand, Wella is German company started in the 1880s, however their products are made in France. Being an European based company I rarely come across this brand unless specific salons in the city carries it. So when I saw this lovely sitting on the shelve at Winners, I was beyond excited!

How to use it:
1. Wash your hair and towel dry it
2. Put a generous amount (a little goes a long way) onto your hair like you would with a regular conditioner
3. Leave it in for 10-20 minutes
4. Rinse out the residue

The texture of the hair masque feels like a thick cream and smells like melted marshmallows, but my hair feels absolutely amazing afterwards! My hair feels instantly lighter, less tangibly and more smooth! I can't wait to use it again and I'll keep you guys posted on the progress!

I'll probably go back tomorrow to pick up a couple more jars of this god-sent product. It never hurts to keep a couple in stock!

Lots of love!
